Location: South Bend, IN - Department: IT/Development

Looking for an energetic, motivated, and talented senior web developer, to support existing web based applications and assist in designing and implementing new solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Candidates must have experience in developing web based solutions in ASP.NET/C#.  Experience with relational databases is also a requirement, SQL Server preferred.

Candidate will be a member of a team responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing applications and web sites, as well as designing and developing new ones.  Developer will have opportunities to lead and participate in almost all aspects of the software development cycle. This is an excellent opportunity to gain incredible experience in a multitude of areas, working on challenging solutions that solve real world problems.

Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Candidate must be able to communicate effectively not only with peers, but also non-technical resources, both inside and outside the company.

Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in ASP.NET/C#

This full-time position supports our clients by providing administrative and customer service support to our account management team. In this role you will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including program reporting, inventory management, file imports, data entry, email and telephone support. The account coordinator will maintain a high level of awareness with client activities, detail-oriented program and project management and communication with key client contacts as needed. Although a lot of time will be spent on the administration side of the account, this is a stepping stone to the many duties of an account manager. For the right person, this position will grow into a full-time opportunity.

Major areas of responsibility:

  • Serve as the contact for client and customer inquiries, orders and issue resolution
  • Execute project management activities including: daily claim/invoice processing and auditing, weekly program reporting, promotion administration and reporting, rebate program data entry/processing
  • Assists with the design and development of client marketing campaigns, program communications, training, etc.
  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client’s industries, company culture, and products/services
  • Assists in project quotes and budget management
  • Manage service deliverables at or above contractual requirements
  • Act as backup to other team members and/or account manager as necessary
  • Provide input on process improvement opportunities
  • Support and maintain corporate quality standards, policies, practices and work instructions

Qualifications, Experience, Education, Knowledge, and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service or Client Services environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with sensitive deadlines
  • Proven business, project management, customer relationship, and financial acumen skills
  • Record of success as self-starter who can work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate data entry and spelling/grammar
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
  • Conducts self with professionalism, works with integrity, and believes in providing a high level of excellence
